Payroll Manager – ADP Workforce Now Expert
Location: Houston, TX | 🕘 Schedule: In-Person, Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm
Salary: $60,000–$65,000 + Full Benefits

At Proper Roofing & Remodeling, we believe in getting things done right—and that includes payroll. We're looking for a Payroll Manager who’s well-versed in ADP Workforce Now and thrives in a role that requires precision, accountability, and collaboration.

What You’ll Do:

• Take ownership of biweekly payroll processing through ADP WFN

• Maintain compliance and accuracy across all payroll functions

• Partner closely with HR and Finance to ensure smooth payroll operations

• Generate and manage payroll reports, deductions, garnishments, and filings

Who You Are:

• ADP WFN experience is ideal, but if you're a focused, driven individual, experience is not required

• Extremely detail-oriented and organized, with a knack for clean data

• A great communicator who works well across departments

• Excited to work on-site with a supportive and fast-paced team
